Every thought, emotion, memory, and sensation you experience carries its own kind of energy. During your AlchemE Mentor session, we work with that energy directly. Through conversation and guided, in-the-moment experience, you'll discover the energetic patterns shaping how you feel, how you show up, and what you draw into your life. Then you'll learn practical "energetic recipes" for consciously choosing a more coherent, resourceful way of being. The shifts are often immediate, tangible, and a little bit magical.

Offered both virtually or in-person, each session guides you in accessing Creation's Codes® so you can live more fully in line with all that you are, and become more of the change you want to see in your life and in the world.
